A bullet point in the list disappears when is tabbed

I like to tab out bullet points when making a complex list. However, when using ‘‘tab’’ in lists the bullet point disappears and so does the list. Only the star remains and the text line has a background like a tag. Not happy with this.

this has to do with how Markdown works, lists expect the first item to be not indented and you can only indent sublist items with one indent.

Indenting a paragraph transforms it into a code block, and that’s the background you’re seeing → CommonMark Spec

I’m sorry if you’re not happy with this behavior, but having the app adhere to the standards is very important to keep it compatible with other apps and keep your data future-proof.
