[[ autocomplete should also shows links that don't have a page created yet

hi :slight_smile: I’ve just started using Bear, and I love the effort that has gone through with building 2.0.

One thing that I find a little frustrating is that the [[ autocomplete only shows pages that have already been created. I would love if it could show a list of all phrases that I have marked as links (or it could be a preference)

Additionally, those links which don’t have a page created yet could be shown in grey to denote that a page does not exist for that note yet.
