The combination of table support and (the big one) search support for PDFs and images is bringing me back to Bear.

Maybe we are talking about two different things, MD files should get highlighted (note list and note) when the filename matches the search term.
I’m talking about the OCR/content search. So yeah, not the same thing. My experience is that PDFs are treated differently than other file types and don’t get highlighted in-note.
