@cdate showing note from wrong month

What were you doing: Trying to find only notes created in January 2023.

What feature did you use: @cdate (01-2023)

What happened: Saw a note from February 1st.

What did you expect to happen: expected to only see notes from January 2023.

Try ISO 8601:

@cdate(2023-01)

I did that too and got same result.

My only guess is that I think it might not be taking into account local time zone of notes/system.

Yes, I think this is the case but I will investigate.
