(Code) formatting in tables

Generally I think the table-feature works pretty smooth as well, some comments:

  1. if some code is formated in a table cell with a odd row number, the code can not be identified easily as suche because the background color of the cell matches the background color of the code

  2. Line breaks in table calls should be supported

  3. It would be great if table column widths can be resized manually

thanks for the feedback, We want to address 1 and 2 at some point but 3, due to the nature of MD tables, is going to be very tricky is not impossible in a good way.
