Crash when changing headings

Testing version: iPad OS 0.1 (1648)

What were you doing: I was tapping/hold on a header

What feature did you use: I was going to toggle the folding.

What happened: the whole app crashes. In fact, I can do this over and over again. I can make the app crash on demand anytime I do this.

What did you expect to happen: a menu to pop up allowing me to change the header size or toggle the folding

I was also able to verify this.

I was able to change the Header as expected from H1 to H2. However, going back quickly from H2 to H1 crashed the app.
