What were you doing: Writing a note
What feature did you use: macOS feature that allows you to double click the menu bar of a window to shrink it down to the dock.
What happened: When note content is scrolled to the top, menu bar behavior is normal. When note content is scrolled down, typical menu behavior stops working.
What did you expect to happen: Double clicking the menu bar of a window should always perform the default action.
