On mobile it’s currently quite hard to move an image up or down in the note. You need to put the cursor after it, select it, then cut it, then paste it. For video files, doing that also changes the name of the file to "/ " sometimes.
Ideal behavior: long press on image or file, then drag to the right place in the note.
