Feature Request: Global Encryption

Encrypting notes one-by-one is cumbersome and prone to errors (i.e. forgetting to encrypt new notes). Also, note titles are not encrypted. There should be an option to have a global encryption, so that the whole database is encrypted. You’d have to enter your password when you start up Bear or when it’s locked. Global encryption would also increase the security of iCloud syncs, where currently the data is not end-to-end encrypted and Apple has access to the encryption keys. I think this featur…

I love the bear notes app hands down and what it has to offer especially the ability to lock notes. I have been using it for quite a bit of time now, and I typically love being able to add a password to each note but my feature request is adding the ability to do it for all notes by default or do all existing ones instead of one by one.

by default currently, you must right-click on a note > privacy > add password

having the ability to do so in settings for all notes or do so by default im sure a few people would love as well.
