Footnote-anchors add line height

Footnote-anchors add a little bit of height/padding to the line they appear on. If you have a lot of footnotes in a text, this creates a very jagged appearance. Other markdown editors I’ve used like Typora and Obsidian don’t seem to have this problem — all the lines render at the same height whether or not they have footnote-anchors — so I wonder if this is a solvable problem for Bear?

If I’m not mistaken you can adjust the line height to fit footnotes so every line has the same height.
