iOS: scroll off too extreme (Non-Edit)

Aside: Gotta love these “OOO until Monday” beta releases :roll_eyes:

Scroll-off better. But, no mention of any scroll-off changes in the release notes. Here’s where it stands now:

  1. Viewing - before editing (10 lines)
  2. Viiewing - after entering/exiting edit mode (18 lines)
  3. Editing - before tap and scroll (13 lines)
  4. Editing - after tap and scroll (5 lines)

All different scroll-off measures here, so I’m posting s in case (a) this isn’t intentional and/or (b) there’s a need for further modification.
