What were you doing: Adding emoji to tags
What feature did you use: Tags
What happened: When one adds emoji formed by combinations of other emoji (e.g. pride flag, male dancer.) the tag within the note looks as expected, but the tag in the sidebar shows the composite elements of the tag. e.g. 
in the note would show as 
in the sidebar.
What did you expect to happen: Tags to show the emoji properly.
