What were you doing:
Changing OS Appearance from light to dark.
What feature did you use:
What happened:
When I set the OS appearance to dark, Bear displays light themes and when I set it to light Bear switches to a dark theme.
What did you expect to happen:
The Bear theme to match the OS appearance theme.
In the themes tab of the preferences you can choose which theme to select for each OS appearance. A small sun or moon icon appear next to theme title to indicate which theme is selected for the respective appearance. Changing a theme while in OS light mode moves the sun indicator otherwise is the moon to be moved.
Well that’s embarrassing; totally missed the sun/moon icons. TBH feels a bit weird having to switch OS appearance to set the theme, but no big deal.
