List and non-list indent issues

Testing version: 10936

What were you doing: Typing in text like this:

- Default level
  - In one indent
trying regular text

What feature did you use: Regular text editing using a combination of lists and non-lists when dealing with various indent levels

What happened: Video – it came out like this:

- Default level
  - In one indent
    trying regular text

And was impossible to format in the former way

What did you expect to happen: Expected text to behave as it was typed, not force additional tabs/characters

It is expected markdown behaviour. Need extra line to have it at the very start.

No it’s not, actually.

As Eleanor said, you now need a blank line to separate normal text after lists.
Otherwise it’s treated as a new line of the bullet point above.

This new feature makes it very easy to make multiline list items.

That is not just a requirement by markdown syntax but also a feature. It is like creating a header for your content inside one bullet point. In outliner apps this is called: a note
