Testing version: Version 2.0 (11413)
What were you doing: App Settings > App Icon
What feature did you use: App Icon Selection
What happened: Only the first icon is selectable.
What did you expect to happen: The regular selection of 13 icons. Mainly the googley eyes version 
I am experiencing the same issue.

Same here, the icon selection remained unchanged but it fallbacks to the default icon
