New photo long press leads to gallery

Testing version:
iOS 2.0.2 (11749)

What were you doing:
Long press - new photo

What feature did you use:
New photo from Home Screen app icon long press

What happened:
Instead of new photo capture (as expected by camera icon) I was presented with new picture from gallery selection

What did you expect to happen:
Capture a new photograph with camera into note

Just confirming this affects iPadOS also, and also on 2.0.3

I confidently guess this is a feature

Surely it needs changing to a gallery icon rather than a camera icon then
