Proper bullets when using "copy as rich text"

In Bear 1 (?) when I used “copy as rich text” with a bulleted list, and then pasted the contents into a Word or other document, the result was an actual bullet list. In Bear 2, the result looks like a bulleted list, but it’s actually just lines of text with a bullet-like symbol at the front of it.

I’m not sure if this is a feature or a bug, so just reporting my observations as feedback. I’d prefer an actual bulleted list, for whatever that’s worth.

I’m also seeing this behaviour when trying to paste rich text into web forms.

I have recently worked on a fix for rich text lists. The fix also addresses the missing bullet list items when rich text is pasted on Word.
