Toggle through Search-Results

Hi from Germany

Lets say i have a very long document, eg. it takes 10 minutes to read. its a document where sometimes i tagged something mit #idea

when i search for #idea it finds this note an highlights the #idea yellow, which is perfectly fine. is there a way / shortcut with that i can jump directly to the next search result of #idea. otherwise i have to scroll through the whole document to look if there is perhaps another result. and the other results would not be highlightes yellow but grey. thats sometimes not easy to see depending on which theme you use.

thx

macOS:

  • search for #idea
  • TAB
  • :leftwards_arrow_with_hook:
  • ⌘ + F
  • :leftwards_arrow_with_hook: to go through in-note results

iOS: search for #idea, select note, menu > search, select search (bottom right) to go through search results

Be careful not to hit TAB while you’re scrolling through the results using :leftwards_arrow_with_hook: or you may accidentally delete the tag.
