Web clipper then hashtag edit bug

I have imported a journal article and edited the hashtag.
It originally created this weird hashtag

which were displayed as the one with the web tag con (duplicate from the original web)

Then when I edited the tag from the first picture, it generated this:

Then whenever I try to have #web tag, it gives me suggestion with the web tag con for which I have something else.

Hi, the new beta has fixed nearly all issues except for the last one.
Also, when I write more tags and the notes contains images, the note on the second pane blink after about 3 seconds.
