Bear 2.0 iOS/iPadOS: No images in Notes column after iCloud-Sync

After updating to Bear 2.0, on iOS and iPadOS in the Notes column attachments are only shown als “filename”+“png” - no preview of the image. This only affects the new notes added by the update and it seems the problem is related to iCloud-Sync. On MacOS the attachments are shown as images.

Reinstalling the app didn’t solve the issue.

Update:

Creating a backup, deleting all notes and importing them from the backup again resolved the issue for me.
