Better control in keyboard

I don’t know how to express it properly, I feel like I don’t have a constant way to trigger to insert order list in iOS, which is very frustrating.
Even if I can do that , I still feel like it requires too much effort to insert order list ( 2 click and 1 swipe if lucky enough)

Can’t you just type:

  1. …

And it will automatically number for you?

I usually type 1.<space> which Panda recognises as the start of an ordered list.

But indeed, maybe it would be good if those expanding custom keys “remembered” their last selection.
