Testing version: iOS 2.1.6 (13540) - iPhone 14 Pro - happens on iPad too.
What were you doing: creating an item based on a search term (1. Enter search term 2. Click create button)
What feature did you use: search + create item
What happened: instead of showing the newly created item with the search term as its title, the list of search results matching the search term is displayed. When you remove the search term, you will notice that two identical items have been created with the search term as their title. This behavior is 100% reproducible.
What did you expect to happen: showing the newly created item (and only 1) with the search term as its title
