[Feature Request] Change default name of new documents on iPad

Reason
I don’t know if it is just me, but I find it extremely difficult to find new documents that have a name of Document, Document 2, etc, especially when other apps name their files the same thing. This becomes difficult to rename files because there are spaces.

Idea
I propose that the naming convention be changed to BearDoc1, BearDoc2, etc. the reason for it not having spaces is because it will make it easier to rename the document to something more meaningful, thanks in part to just having to tap twice to select the whole name from within the Files app.
