when I move line of list/todo with subitems up/down I want it to also move all the subitems along with it
this is especially handy when this line is folded
same is for shift right/left

Can’t speak to a folded list, but if you highlight a list parent item and any children and THEN use the keyboard shortcuts to move up/down, the whole set moves. Children ARE NOT picked up automatically, however.
I’m fine with this — Bear isn’t a native outliner like Roam or Logseq.
