First off, it would be awesome if you guys would implement collaboration on markdown files for teams. If this isn’t planned, my team will continue to use Google Docs and the Docs to Markdown add-on to make team collaboration possible on markdown files.
Problem: Pasting markdown lists from other sources sometimes inserts extra spaces after a markdown list item character (e.g. *_ _ _ list item VS *_ list item). For example, this happens when pasting from the Docs to Markdown add-on.
Solution: Only render one space between the markdown list item character and the text content of the list item (e.g. *_ _ _ list item turns into *_ list item). The real solution, however, is to add team collaboration
