iPad: crash during typography setting of headers, not repeatable (sigh)

iPhone: one tag and its subtags’ custom icon didn’t stick during upgrade/migration, but it did on the iPad! (also sigh)
More a question than a bug, I think:
If show subtags is off and I have a note with #tag1/tag1 then note won’t show under tag1 in the sidebar. Good. if the note has only #tag1 it shows under tag1 in the sidebar. Also good. If the note has both #tag1/tag2 and #tag1 tags, it won’t show under tag1 in the sidebar. Is this intended?
